The Hand That Feeds | Hazy Double IPA w/ Peacharine, Citra, Nectaron & Fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice | 8.2% ABV

For our second release this week, we’ve got a brand new double IPA entering our line up and we’re pumped about this one!
*
The Hand That Feeds is loaded up with Peacharine and Nectaron from Freestyle Hops along with some choice Citra. We then took this one to the next level with the addition of Fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice, also from Freestyle.
*
Expect a tsunami of fresh fruit, highlighted by flavours of juicy nectarine, passionfruit, honeydew melon, sauv blanc and ripe peach with a full, creamy mouthfeel and candy-like sweetness.

We’ve got a couple bangers for you this week!

First up, we have a brand new hazy IPA, Automatic Flowers. This one is dry hopped with a small mountain of Freestyle Hops Riwaka along with Citra and Amarillo cryo. The trio combine to deliver a super tropical, juiced-up drinking experience, featuring flavours of fresh squeezed OJ, papaya, lychee, pineapple gummies and mango.

Dreaming Out Loud was dry hopped liberally with one of our favourite Freestyle Hops combos, Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross. The two combine to produce pure tropical fruit nectar, bursting with flavours of fresh mango, lychee, cantalupe, white grapefruit and pink guava with a creamy mouthfeel and candy-like sweetness.

First up this week we have the latest installment in our hazy pale ale series.

As is always the case with our Flow variants, we started with a foundation of Citra for the dry hop before hitting it with a double dose of the feature hops - in the case, Superdelic from NZ Hops Ltd .

This one delivers a lively, expressive hop profile featuring flavours of pineapple juice, nectarine, melon, tangerine and red fruit with a light but fluffy mouthfeel.

Everything Zen is dry hopped with boat loads of NZ Cascade from Freestyle Hops and backed up with Citra and Simcoe Cryo. Expect flavours of of peach, orange, pineapple, mango and ruby red grapefruit with a candy-like sweetness and creamy body.

For our third release we have the return of one of one of our favourites from last year.

Broken Crown is dry hopped with some premium Mosaic along with a Freestyle Hops combo of Waimea and Riwaka. You can expect loads of fruit upfront with fresh, vibrant medley of mango, melon, fresh squeezed OJ, passionfruit and a touch of blueberry with a soft bitterness and pillowy mouthfeel.

Setting Forth | West Coast IPA w/ Cascade Deep Cut, Amarillo, Citra & Centennial brewed in collaboration w/ Crosby Hops | 6.5% ABV

For our first release of the week we have Setting Forth, the first in a brand new west coast IPA series. For this series we’ll experiment with different hop combinations, grain bills and yeast strains in an attempt to capture the many evolutions of West Coast IPA.
*
For the first in the series, we leaned a little more old school to tap into the IPA scene we experienced while living in the Pacific Northwest in the early 2010s. This one is hopped exclusively with some premium lots from Crosby Hops . It features equal parts Cascade Deep Cut, Amarillo, Citra and Centennial, which we split between hot side and dry hop additions. It has a light amber hue and white fluffy head, with notes of orange marmalade, pine, grapefruit peel and cedar, finishing with a long, lingering bitterness.
