A fun, festive dessert coming right up. Bonus: Wonderful Pistachios are just $3 for

Ingredients:​
½ cup heavy whipping cream​
3 tbsp pistachio paste ​
1pkg PC Black Label Dark or Milk Chocolate Couverture, or chocolate chips ​
½ cup unsalted shelled pistachios, finely chopped​

​Directions:​
To make the pistachio paste, blend 1 pkg of pistachios (unshelled) with 2 tbsp of honey until a paste forms, set aside.​

Stir cream with pistachio paste in saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.​

Add chocolate to heatproof bowl; pour hot cream mixture over top. Let stand 15 minutes. ​

Stir chocolate mixture until thickened and smooth. Refrigerate until firm, 1 – 2 hours. ​

Spread chopped pistachios on plate. Scoop chocolate mixture by 1 tbsp and roll between your palms to form balls. Roll in pistachios to coat.​

Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Serve the PC® Ultimate Pork Rib Roast with this easy side dish duo and you'll have everyone saying, “Yes, Chef.” 🧑‍🍳✨​

Recipe: ​

🥣 Squash Purée: ​

Sauté 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp oil. Cook over medium-high heat until it starts to brown (about 5 minutes).​

Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.​

Add 4 cups of frozen PC® Butternut Squash Chunks, reduce heat to medium, and cook until softened (about 5–8 minutes).​

Next, add ½ cup PC® Blue Menu No-Salt-Added Chicken Broth, ½ cup 35% whipping cream, and ½ tsp salt. Bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.​

Blend until smooth and serve! ​

​

🍏 Roasted Mix: ​

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). ​

Toss 1 bag of PC® Mixed Little Gems, ½ lb of halved Brussels sprouts, and 2 PC Organics Gala Apples (cored & cut into chunks) with 2 tbsp oil and ¼ tsp salt.​

Spread on a parchment-lined baking dish, roast for 45–60 minutes until golden brown and serve!
