Ad Hoc Wines Welcome to Ad Hoc Wines, where we're making the perfect wines for your moments, as needed. Ad Hoc is Latin, defined as "when necessary or needed."

With locally grown grapes from Bella Terra Vineyards, our wines are the perfect way to support local, and enjoy yourself while doing so! At Ad Hoc Wines, we are aiming to create limited innovative products for specific purposes and convenience. We want to try things we've never seen before in the Ontario wine market. Old world is old school (and wonderfully so); and as New world producers, we want

to bring a new school concept to entertain your palette. Currently we offer Summer Fling; a delicious Rosé made from Vidal and Malbec. With notes of strawberry, juicy fruits, and an effervescence that brings everything together, this wine is the perfect treat to bring along to the pool, a picnic, a festival (things can't open soon enough!), or even just to hang out in the backyard (for now)!
