A tasting menu moment ✨

Where Levantine spice meets French precision.

Wild salmon, gently rolled, lightly seared and kissed with flame, brushed with Urfa pepper and sumac honey for warmth and depth. Blood orange brings brightness, while a delicate couscous tabbouleh dressed in sumac vinaigrette adds freshness and texture.

Walking the halls of our college, speaking to students, cooking with them, (having the professors looking over our shoulders 😂) and cooking beside us, it was full circle. And this meant the world to us

This came as such a huge surprise to us and we are just left speechless. To win this award 2 years in a row is heartwarming to know we are making a difference in the culinary world.
