Hello all my garlic loving friends! Just a friendly reminder that harvest season is fast approaching and the crop is looking really good again.this year.

We have a NEW VARIETY available this year that I'd like to introduce you to right now.
It's called Romanian Red. It has the highest measured allicin content of any known garlic variety and it produces between 2-5 cloves per bulb. Bulb sizes trend on the Large to Jumbo size which means THESE CLOVES ARE HUGE! For those of you out there who believe as I do that garlic has medicinal properties, then the higher the allicin content the better and this stuff is absolute leader of the pack. Romanian Red is an extra potent easy peel garlic. Stores well for 6-8 months.
In the photos bellow you can see a 2 clove bulb as well as a comparison of it's clove size to those of what would be typical of an average garlic variety.
