People ask us about our name.

Walk through our fields in July and you'll see it. Thousands of small, deep purple berries hiding under the leaves. Little gems, scattered across the prairie.

The haskap doesn't look like much at first glance. Most people walk right past it. But it turns out this berry has flavour bold enough to become wine, and character you won't find anywhere else. Bold enough to take home a Silver Medal at the All Canadian Wine Championships, as it turns out!

Something small. Something overlooked. Something worth building a winery around. 🍷

Canada Day on the farm looks a little different than most.

The haskap berries are ripening under an Alberta sun. The fields are buzzing. And somewhere in between the work and the warmth of the day, there's a moment where you look out at this land and feel genuinely lucky to be doing what you do.
