The secret is out. For years, we have wanted to bring you a classic Belgian pilsner, and with a little help of an expert in l***r brewer, we have finally done it!

Even in Belgium, known for its strong, flavourful ales and endlessly complex sour b**rs, pilsners are the number one style of b**r. These b**rs are light and crisp with a touch of sweetness, a pleasant, snappy bitterness, and lively carbonation. They are the perfect go-to b**r for any occasion.

In order to do this we needed a few upgrades to our brewery that we had not implemented until now. Together with our friend, we’ve created a great example of the style, and we cannot wait for you to try it! Stay tuned for more to come…

We will have this first batch ON TAP ONLY in our b**r garden, at the Norfolk County Fair, and next weekend at Waterford’s Pumpkinfest.

🎡 The Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show is on next week and we’re pouring at Lounge 5 (the curling building) Friday - Monday! Join us for great craft b**r, live entertainment, and the best the Fair has to offer!

🎃 Waterfords Pumpkinfest is on from Oct 16-18 and we will be set up in the B**r Garden! Live music all weekend, stellar fireworks on Friday night (seriously you want to see this), and the best car show on Sunday. This event is put on by the Waterford Lions and all proceeds go back to supporting our community!

Come check it out! We might even have a little surprise for you!
