Summer’s sweetest moments are marked by the arrival of each new fruit season. Just minutes down the road from our brewery lies , where Haskap berries grow.

Haskap berries are a tart red fruit native to Canada that give impressions of raspberry, blackcurrant and blueberry. When added to our classic Belgian witbier, they impart a deep rich red colour.

Escape into a new world of flavour with every sip.

Available in 330ml bottles and on tap.

The Eastern Flowering Dogwoods are in bloom in the Beer Garden 🌸

Did you know? The Eastern Flowering Dogwood is a tree-like shrub that is native to Norfolk County and surrounding Carolinian Canada and is an endangered species.

We included its leaves in our brewery logo to ground us in Norfolk County and be a living reminder of our commitment to habitat restoration and responsible land stewardship on our farm.

We’re starting off simple with

Margherita - tomato, fior di latte, basil
Just Cheese - tomato, mozzarella
Pepperoni - tomato, mozzarella, cup & char pepperoni
The Seasonal - tomato, fior di latte, asparagus, prosciutto

And of course our seasonal uses only the best Extra Fine asparagus
