This is such a deliciously moist cake recipe if you have a couple bananas browning in the counter,. I sub half the oil with applesauce , grate fresh nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon, bake in a 9” round pan .

once it’s cooled off I mix 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 cup icing sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla mixed together and bit of milk to thin to your liking . Spread over cake in pan .Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top and Enjoy!
