I thawed a 2 pk of pork tenderloin the other night . I usually air fry the bigger one whole for supper and do the smaller tenderloin as a stir fry for another night. I had cut up my smaller stir fry tenderloin into cubes and marinated it with some soy sauce, sesame oil and 1 tsp baking soda for 15-20 minutes to velvet it ,then air fried it and put in the fridge.
The next day I followed this recipe and it was SPICY but delicious and will definitely make again. Its sticky sweet and spicey.
Served on basmati rice
**I used half an apple
*** i added a cap full of Mirin to cut the spice even more and make it a tad sweeter
