We’ll be open our usual hours Fri-Sun this Labour Day long weekend, and we’re open 12PM - 7PM on Monday for our Summer Send Off kitchen pop up! Come hang out with us this weekend before everyone heads back to school 📚

HAND UP RECAP

Back in the spring, we released a b**r in collaboration with Local Canning Ltd in support of Harvest Project our North Shore neighbors. Now that the b**r has officially run out, we’ve tallied the numbers, and we’re very happy to report that with your help we were able to collectively raise a total of $1435.00 for this organization! These funds have been directly donated to Harvest Project to support their initiatives, which include a rent bank, a grocery-support program, clothing supports, assistance for workforce re-entry, food-recovery and redistribution, and their retail Clothes For Change Thrift Boutique. A huge thanks to everyone who came out on the release day, as well as everyone who purchased a pint, dropped off a donation from Harvest Project’s “most needed” list, or otherwise supported this collaboration 🤝❤️🍺

Celeste DIPA
ABV: 8.5%

We brewed this double IPA to showcase Celeste hops, a variety recently developed by West Coast hop breeders and grown by B&D farms in Oregon. Il Giro is a collaboration with hop distributor Charles Faram & Co , and we had a great time brewing this up with our pal Azlan Graves .This b**r is light in colour and low in malt flavour to really let these hops shine! The higher alcohol content of a DIPA helps extract those tasty flavour compounds that a lower alcohol b**r can’t. We hope you enjoy this one!
