It’s a word you’ll hear in Spanish when something is full of colour, energy, and personality.

For us, that’s part of what Mexico is about.

Hecho con amor = made with love.

It’s a phrase you’ll hear in Mexico when something carries a little more than what you can see.

For us, that’s what La Cervecería is about.

Sharing Mexico through the things we love: unexpected flavours, a language worth learning, food around the table, a cold beer passed to a friend, and finding a reason to celebrate an ordinary day.

Meet our new Loaded Nachos and Dip Trio—made for sharing, catching up, and turning any visit into a longer one.

🧀 Loaded Nachos are piled high with house-made cheese sauce, black beans, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo, sour cream, red salsa, and pickled red onions.

🧀Dip Trio features house-made cilantro sour cream, fresh pico de gallo, and rich melted cheese sauce served with crispy tortilla chips.
