Because if you choose to start your day late...from exhausted energy...needing to recharge.

Homemade Chocolate and Peanut butter ice cream ftw! ('FOR THE WIN..'.translation for all the mum's out there)

Recipe:
Whip 2 cups whipping cream w/33% fat
With 1 tbsp real vanilla

I highly recommend using a kitchen aid unit.....and not a cheaper or hand held beater.....as anything else easily takes 10x longer...also might lead to Carpal tunnel syndrome .....or at least a very sore and tired hand..wrist..arm..shoulder

Seriously mine on high setting takes maybe 5 mins.

Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Whip again to maintain firm peaks
Add 1 cup best quality chocolate powder
Blend in slowly.....or become instantly enveloped in chocolate sneezey cloud.

Most importantly....select SMALL portion freezable containers.

This will save you from impending guilt at having consumed entire ( larger) container's worth of the best ice cream ever to have entered your mouth hole...

You also might want to hide these little containers, once filled with delishousness, throughout your freezer(s) .

This will also lead to 'future you' having the best discoveries of yummy stashes....and the gratitude to 'past you' will be awesome....

Now the peanut butter...you can drizzle a little amount in middle and or over top layer....as you scoop up goodness and put into SMALL containers...

I use smooth peanut butter...you can add whatever you like really....might be crunchy...might be caramel drizzle....or hell could be fruity jam/ jelly....up to you...personal choice.

Also instead of chocolate you could blend in fruit of choice...or infuse with a tea...or Rosemarie....you get the idea...flavour is up to you....

Keep in mind....not to dilute mix with too much fluid or the firm peaks will choose demise and sadness....it won't freeze in a blissful fluuuffy state....and eventually form into hard icey status...not the greatest outcome.

I have also discovered that filling plastic wine glasses ( Yes, from dollar store) and that 4 perfectly fit into an old feta cube container....protection in freezer and instant ready to serve dessert for party guests!!
