The best time of day lately is the ten minutes after the puppies are fed...they curl up and make their little contented grunts while they fall asleep. I just wish I could fall asleep again that fast at 5 am!

Calving season began bittersweet..we lost a pair of twins but then Dinah had beautiful twin heifers. This is the first time that we ever had heifer twins!

I love taking the dog for a morning walk through the beef pasture..our goal is the apple tree..small goal but an achievable goal none the less!
