Ice ice baby - watermelon mint ice! Elevate your cocktail by sprucing up the ice you put in your drinks.

Take chunks of watermelon and put them in an ice cube tray and tuck some mint into the side.

Fill with water and wait till frozen - crack them out and pop into your cocktail. Voila! Magic - not just ice, it adds flavour, it's pretty and really steps up your hosting game 😉
