Butternut Squash Soup. Peel & chop all the veggies; butternut squash, 2 carrots, 1 yellow onion, 1 apple (I prefer honey crisp). Roast in Dutch Oven; spray w avocado oil, drizzle maple syrup & sprinkle w cinnamon. Roast at 375 for 45min. Blend w fav veggie broth, to your desired consistency. Sprinkle w flaky salt & roasted pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!

Shout out to my Brussel Sprout lovin peeps!!! Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts w/ honey balsamic glaze
Cook brussel sprouts, halved & tossed in avocado oil w salt & garlic powder, air fryer for 12min at 390/400
Honey Balsamic Glaze, equal parts honey & balsamic vinegar boiled for 2-5min take off heat toss brussel sprouts and add pinch of red pepper flakes & flaky salt. YUM
