New Release: Sauvignon Blanc–Sémillon 2025 | A Classic Blend Returns

Did you know that 2025 marked a welcome return to a normal harvest, with healthy crop yields and cellars once again filled with exceptional wines?

Our Sauvignon Blanc–Sémillon 2025 was fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak, bringing freshness and complexity, while the Sémillon was fully barrel fermented and aged in French oak, adding richness and texture to the blend.

The label artwork draws inspiration from Giovanni Bellini Ingres (1430–1516), reimagined with a playful West Coast twist: an angel trading the heavens for a little beach time in Vancouver.

Meet Kaylee 🍷 ⁠

This is Kaylee’s first season with the Blasted Church wine shop team. She is currently studying biochemistry, and she enjoys playing soccer in her free time. She reaches for Unorthodox Chardonnay when she’s ready for a refreshment, and her favourite menu item at Blasted Church is Chef’s Marinated Olives. Life is all about balance!⁠
