Roussanne, originally from France’s Rhône Valley, is known for its richness, texture, and layered aromatics and often shows up in both blends and as a standout on its own.

Our 2025 Roussanne showcases bright floral notes, chamomile, orchard honey, and a hint of spice.

We’ve got a special blend in the works featuring this varietal, coming soon. In the meantime, it’s pouring in the wine shop, so come by and give it a try!

WOOD-FIRE BEEF SHORT RIB
cherry chorizo sausage, potatoes, kale, red pepper,

APPLE SMOKED PORK BELLY
curled asparagus, and granny smith slaw, almond herb crumble, celeriac cream, honey roasted heirloom carrots

FARMSTEAD RAVIOLI
cherry rosemary goat cheese, egg yolk, roasted pecans, pinot cherries, pickled eggplant,
sweet potato, fennel purée
