🍪✨ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cannoli ✨🍪
A quick, dreamy dessert that’s sure to impress!

You’ll need:
• 8 cannoli shells
• 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese
• 1 packet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip & Dessert Mix
• 1½ tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• Icing sugar (for dusting)

To make:
Blend cream cheese, mix, vanilla & cinnamon. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill, then pipe into cannoli shells. Dust with icing sugar — done!

Creamy, crunchy, and full of cookie dough flavour… they won’t last long! 😍

🍫🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge — A Sweet Treat You’ll Crave! 🍪🍫
Thanks to Deb Blower from Picton, ON for this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk

1½ cups white chocolate chips

½ cup Sunset Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip & Dessert Mix

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for sprinkling)

Instructions:

Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip & Dessert Mix and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top for a pretty finish.

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.

Cut into small squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

This fudge is creamy, rich, and packed with that irresistible cookie dough flavour — perfect for sharing or sneaking a few pieces yourself!

🍎🍰 Cornbread Apple Coffee Cake — The Perfect Sweet & Cozy Treat! 🍰🍎

Warm up your kitchen with this delicious twist on classic cornbread. Featuring tender apples and a touch of cinnamon sugar, this coffee cake is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon snack with coffee or tea.

Ingredients:

1 box Traditional Sweet Corn Bread & Muffin Mix

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp brown sugar

¾ cup milk

3 eggs

½ cup oil

1 can (540 mL) apple pie filling

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cornbread mix, milk, eggs, and oil; mix for about 1 minute until well blended.

Reserve 1 ½ cups of batter. Pour the remaining batter into a lightly greased 9" x 9" baking pan.

Spoon the apple pie filling evenly over the batter.

Drizzle the reserved batter over the apple filling to cover.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

Bake for 40–45 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool before serving.

For an extra touch, dust with more cinnamon sugar and top with whipped cream!

This crowd-pleasing dessert combines the sweet comfort of apples with the hearty goodness of cornbread — a true taste of home.
