This dressing tastes like summer.

🥭 Mango Thai Ginger Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh mango, diced
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Kühne Seasoned Vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
¼ tsp white pepper
2–3 tbsp The Salt Cellar Thai Ginger Sea Salt
½ cup avocado oil

Directions:
Blend everything except the avocado oil until smooth. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until creamy. Taste and adjust with more vinegar or Thai Ginger Sea Salt if desired.

🥗 Salad
Use your favourite salad greens. We used:
Romaine
Spinach
Head lettuce

Top with:
½ mango, diced
½ yellow pepper, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
Cucumber
2 radishes, thinly sliced
Red or white onion
Celery
Dried cranberries
Sliced almonds
2 hard-boiled eggs

Optional: Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, toasted sesame seeds, or whisk 1–2 tbsp sesame oil into the dressing for an extra Asian-inspired flavour.
