ABP’s Producer Meetings are off to a great start, and ABP delegates and directors are looking forward to connecting with fellow cattle producers across the province.

As a quick reminder, the definition of a producer is outlined in ABP’s Plan Regulation and includes individuals who raise, feed, or own cattle. The definition of an ‘eligible producer’ is outlined in our bylaws, and includes the requirement that producers have paid check-off in the last two years.

Please note: Some venues have limited seating, so the Board of Directors is kindly asking that these spots be reserved for cattle producers. Producers are the ones who hold speaking and voting rights and play an essential role in Alberta Beef Producers, and the Board wants to ensure they have the opportunity to participate.
