Thinking of you Sam...we still miss you each and every day.

It's true...you don't ever forget certain people who came into your lives and inspired you in one significant way or another. Today is the day we remember Sam Day. Sam graduated in 2022 and shortly thereafter decided this current life wasn't for him. I'll never be capable of understanding his choice. If only he were around today so that people could understand just how large an impact he had on them. My memories of Sam are all positive; this despite his obvious challenges. I doubt that anyone who knew Sam had anything except positive things to say about him. All the more reason to make sure that those around you know of your feelings towards them. Missing you Sam. Always will.

The origination of the Craft Beverage program began here...as the saying goes, 'From little acorns do mighty oaks grow.' For a number of years prior to 2012, I taught in our Applied Degree program...Bioprocessing was one of the courses that I taught and brewing was an element in the course. Sure, we used beer kits and basic equipment but those aggies sure paid attention! And some very good products too!

A follow-up to my earlier post on salvaged kegs and their sale. Here's a closer look...50's, 30's and 20's...stainless and rubberized kegs available...we have a few where removing the brand is almost impossible...gimme $20 and they're yours!
