Things might look a little different when you visit us today at the District W**e Village! The opportunity arose to take over the front and we said yes! We have a lot to do but we are still open and moving things around slowly! We can’t wait for all of you to see the transformation over the next month. We will be serving complimentary Wolf Tree Coffee and a few treats from Oliver Eats Ltd.

Hi my name is Leigh Lougheed and I am running for Oliver council.

I was born and raised in Oliver and graduated from SOSS in 2002. I got my electrical journeyman’s ticket when I was 21. In 2008 I started working in water and waste water and have loved working in this field since then. I feel like this experience will be invaluable to me and the community as a Councillor.

In 2017 my family and I started Wolf Tree Coffee, and in 2023 my wife and I bought it from the family. In 2024 we got some bad news from the Town and with a vote from the current mayor and council we had to relocate out of Town. The support we received from the community was absolutely incredible and you all kept us feeling loved.

I am not a politician, I work hard and I want to do the same for the people of Oliver, I want small businesses to survive and stay in our amazing community. I want this town to thrive like it should, we are a very unique town and I think we can make it even better.
