NEW: Coffee Rubbed Bacon ☕🥓

Just in time for Father's Day, we're introducing our newest house-made bacon.

We've teamed up with local roaster Wolf Tree Coffee to create a coffee-rubbed bacon featuring their Sumatran coffee. We've proudly carried their whole bean coffee in the shop for years, so it felt like a natural next step to create something together.

The result isn't "coffee-flavoured bacon" so much as a rich, savoury bacon with subtle roasted coffee notes that complement the pork rather than overpower it.

Perfect alongside eggs, mushrooms, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and more.

Available by the slice starting tomorrow (Wednesday).

First run. Small batch.

And don't worry—our Peppered Steakhouse Bacon isn't going anywhere. We know it already has a loyal following.

When you put all your time and effort into a you can only hope people love what you’ve created.
There are tons of amazing options out there so we are flattered any time you choose to come in…but we are ESPECIALLY flattered when customers take the time to leave us a (positive🤞) review. Not only do we have the freshest coffee around(roasted yesterday…200lbs!!!) we also have lots of refreshing summer drinks for you to try! One of my personal faves is the Italian Soda! Delicious local syrup makes these drinks extra special. We even have their new flavour!
