Named after someone very dear to our roaster and the Wolf Tree family who recently passed 🪽

Phoenix is a French roasted Guatemalan that delivers layers of flavour as you sip it.
Rich chocolate and caramel notes followed by a smokiness that doesn’t overpower.

Suggested to us by one of our customers, we decided to give it a shot and we are very pleased 😃
