2025 Optimum Dry Ehrenfelser
A premium selection of a parcel [of fruit] that performs significantly better than the rest. Using a combination of vineyard selection and winemaking techniques, we were able to achieve a wine that stood above the rest. Resulting in a richer, deeper wine with additional complexity.

โœ๏ธ Notes: Long and lingering. Notes of apricot, nashi pear, and anise. Fine tannins add a persistence and weight to the finish that is RARELY found in white wines.

โ“Think white wine that drinks like a red - this really is something else.
