It started back in Lowville at our previous farm.
No one delivered.
No one.
So I started making pizza every Friday.
That was likely 15 years ago now and you could probably count on two hands ( and maybe feet 😉) how many pizza nights we’ve missed over the years.
It’s evolved over time, We’ve made everything with the exception of growing our own wheat. I’ve made the mozza, tomato sauce and of course, bacon.
Next week I’m going to try sourdough crust!

With a marinade of lemon, garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper in olive oil. This chicken is one of my favorites.
Perfect for patio season, it pairs great with all kinds of fresh salads from the garden.

(Until I pick up the Xmas turkey poults tomorrow and my giant goat Pearl has her kids 🤣)
Lucy isn’t really sure what to do with him but we’re doing our best to provide him with jobs as well as a home full of love.
Burlington delivery next Thursday.
