Today I made this birthday cake for Afton Friesen's little boy. ❤️

Unfortunately, he didn't get to have a birthday party because their family lost their home in the Chasm fire.

They have three children:
🎂 Baby boy
👧 5-year-old girl
👦 7-year-old boy

I misunderstood at first and thought I was making a cake for a baby girl, so there's a little bit of pink on the cake. But in the end, it all tastes the same! 😊

If you have any extra household items, children's items, or anything else you no longer need, please consider reaching out to Afton to see if it could help their family. They are now settled in 100 Mile House and are working to rebuild after losing everything.

What an incredible day!

Because of your amazing generosity, we were able to raise **$700** to help Carol as she recovers from losing her home in the Clinton fire.

Pierre gave me a flat of strawberries for cheap cheap, so I chopped them up and threw some in a strawberry cookie will have these at the market on Friday. Along with a coconut cookie.
And a cinnamon swirl cookie
