Cluck & Clove Farm Cluck and Clove is a first generation family farm operated by us, Trent and Katie Romanow.

We specialize in garlic and garlic products, but also grow mixed vegetables, eggs and meat chickens seasonally.

How is everyone fairing through the monsoon?!
I’m pretty sure I heard the chickens quack lol! 🐓 🦆
About 3 of the 20 🧄 rows had some water flowing around them, but thankfully it seems to be draining today. This is why we grow the garlic in raised rows, as it does not like sitting in soggy ground. I hear the next two days are going to be sunny ☀️🤞🏻 ☀️

It’s been a long winter, but the snow is melting and the ground is thawing finally! The garlic is still sleeping soundly under the straw, but we expect to start seeing little green shoots soon with the arrival of the warmer weather 🌱
