When I said only one couple could get me out of my ‘retirement’ I really meant it! I stopped baking from home during COVID, and then our surprise third baby arrived! Coupling that with a loss of work space in our home and I truly thought my cookie days might be behind me 😢

Fast forward to my little brother and future sister in law getting engaged! 💍 When the request for cookies for their engagement party came in, I couldn’t say no! And I’m glad I didn’t, it allowed me to fall in love with the creative process all over again! 🎨

Congratulations again and ! We love you both so much and can’t wait for the wedding planning to begin! 🥂

Beautiful mini and a 1/2 cookies for a first communion. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to photograph them until it was almost dark out, so this pic is a little more shadowy than normal! Keep an eye out for fall/Halloween pre-order options in the next few weeks! 🎃🍁

I had the honour of making these cookies for my beautiful cousin’s baby shower yesterday. It was such a lovely day celebrating mama and baby to be. Congratulations to this recent teachers college grad!! And a big thank you to all of the teachers out there who are unsure of what the coming year holds. We appreciate all that you do for our kids! I hope you’re all staying cool in this crazy heat! Throwing it back to one of my favourite sets last summer, this popsicle would be a welcome treat right now!
