Hi everyone! I’m a local home-based baker and chef offering handmade holiday cinnamon rolls, made completely from scratch in small batches and with organic wheat flour. My kitchen is also Dine Safe.

This season, I’m keeping my menu simple and intentional with two classic flavours and our family’s personal favourites:

🌟Classic Cinnamon Roll – soft, buttery, and perfectly spiced. Topped with a brown butter cream cheese frosting.

🌟Gingerbread Molasses Cinnamon Roll – warm holiday spices with swirls of rich molasses. Topped with a brown butter cream cheese frosting.

Dough day! A great empanada isn’t just all about the filling- it’s about the harmony between flaky, golden-dough and rich, flavourful ingredients inside. It was quite a journey creating this dough that’s carefully crafted to have just the right texture and flavour. It’s made with organic flour and includes 10% organic whole wheat for a subtle nutty depth and more balanced bite. 🚫glyphosate (a pesticide usually sprayed on wheat and oats) 🚫seed oils (I only cook using organic extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil) and 🚫BHT/BHA (usually found in fats like lard) Only butter and grass-fed Canadian beef tallow are used I n the perfect ratio for our signature .mama crust texture and flavour🔥
