Our food comes from the way we grew up eating at home, simple cooking, real ingredients, and the kind of everyday care our mothers taught us.
This weekend, a generous order of Pazhamporis, Egg Puffs, and Chicken Tikka Masala went out from our little kitchen.
Kerala in the snacks, North India in the curry --- a small reflection of our own story on a plate.
We are grateful to Rinu and Jithin for letting our homely flavours be part of their weekend.
