Working hard in the farm despite it looking like in ❤️ rn. Just a PSA about our lettuce and many other field grown crops in Canada. We have regulatory requirements that aren’t being fulfilled by some large corporations to the south of us. befriend local farmers, businesses, and farm shops in your area. At shark Farms we take extra precautions and steps to ensure your lettuce and leafy greens are clean and safe for consumption right out of the package. We use lab coats, hair nets, and gloves which are washed between crop type (cultivars such as spinach and romaine) changed out as soon as we leave the facility. Our water is stripped using and we test regularly as well as maintain the equipment that allows for sanitation and a food safe environment. We ❤️ our customers and a big thanks to all who shop here as well as buy our products from Nik and Osoyoos Fruit Basket as well as their own very safe field crops.
