Did you know you can now find a selection of Black Sage Butcher products at Joycraft Roasters in Osoyoos?

If you haven't visited JoyCraft yet, it's a small-batch craft coffee roastery and café located across from Watermark Beach Resort. It's the kind of independent business we're proud to support—passionate owner, quality products, and a genuine commitment to community.

One of the best things about small towns is the relationships that form between local businesses. After getting to know Maryke and her family as customers, we began exploring ways to work together—and the result is a Black Sage Butcher freezer now stocked inside JoyCraft Roasters.

Collaborations like this strengthen our local business community, and we're excited to make it a little easier for Osoyoos residents and visitors to enjoy some of our most popular products closer to home.

Inside the freezer you'll find a rotating selection of customer favourites, including beef burgers, sausages, breakfast meats, marinated skewers, and more.

So the next time you're grabbing a coffee at JoyCraft, take a peek in the freezer—you might just find dinner waiting for you.

Any guesses as to what is happening here?

This freshly roasted coffee is going through the destoner. This machine does exactly what its name sounds like it would do. It operates kind of like a big vacuum cleaner and sucks up the coffee. Small stones and pebbles are heavier than coffee beans and don’t get sucked up. This small step means that your grinder (and my grinder for that matter) won’t get wrecked.
