* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 ¼ cups white sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 2 large eggs, beaten
* 1 cup sour cream
* 3 cups diced rhubarb
Streusel:
* 1 cup white sugar
* ¼ cup butter, softened
* ¼ cup all-purpose flour

I've tried over 20 different recipes and this one's my favourite!

2 cups warm water, 85 - 90 F 440 g
1/2 cup granulated sugar 100 g
11/2 tablespoons dry active yeast 16 g
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 56 g
1 tablespoon kosher salt 20 g 6 cups
6 cups all purpose or whole wheat flour
