Rooted in ancient wisdom, our mission is to guide, inspire, and educate women to reconnect with their cyclical nature through intentional food. Much like the seasons in nature, women's menstrual cycles have a predictable pattern. Understanding and utilizing the strength within these seasons can bring incredible ease and satisfaction within our lives. These seasonal attributes are reflected within

our own menstrual cycle
which guide us in our actions and emotions throughout the month much like the seasons in nature.

I remember thinking while this photo was being taken, what if this is our very first photo of us together?

“What if this is my person? What if this is the photo of the day my life changes forever?”

My life has been infinitely transformed and intertwined with this amazing human being.

From immigration to parenthood and beyond we have been through many trials and tribulations.

I can’t imagine doing this life with anyone else.
