It was a pleasure to participate in (and host) the Ottawa regional all-star 20th Anniversary of Canadian Culinary Championship 🏆 at Raphaël Peruvian Cuisine!

It was an honour to have the incredibly talented and hardworking chefs - Ian Carswell, Yannick LaSalle, Jason Sawision and Joe Thottungal, and their formidable teams, alongside Lizardo Becerra, Hibett Antiporta, Ronal Perez and Noelia Cardenas - in our new kitchen. All chefs presented dishes that were outstanding works of art. Congratulations for showcasing what Peter Hum described as dishes that “wowed”!

Bravo to Yannick La Salle 🥇 Black Tartan 🥈 and Stofa Restaurant 🥉 we look forward to cheering on Team Ottawa in January!

Incredible seafood from Organic Ocean Seafood is showcased at our restaurant everyday, and we are so grateful for their support of our dish, highlighting Sablefish and Manila Clams.

Adorning the dish were herbs from Tulsi Farm / Ferme Tulsi Thank you for your support!

The idea for this dish was sparked after tasting Grange of Prince Edward Winery Aurelia 2023 Chardonnay, which offers minerality, nuttiness and zest to complement the dish. Thank you to the incomprable Marnie Williamson for serving wines with us for the evening of the competition!

Our entire team dedicated extra time and effort to make Monday night’s event possible. Muchisimas gracias to all of you!

Thank you to Lisa Pasin and the Canadian Culinary Championship 🏆 for your confidence in us hosting the event.

Our space is ready to welcome you, Ottawa!

With a tremendous amount of work from our team to make it possible, we had an unannounced soft opening last night at 200 Elgin St.

We’ve opened up our kitchen, and are delighted to share our updated space with you, Ottawa!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, there are more updates in our space to come. We appreciate that you chose to dine with us!

An immense gratitude to our team who adapted to working in a different location while renovations were happening, and took on tasks above and beyond to move locations (twice!). This updated space is our venue for continuous learning, intrepid and exciting culinary experiences, and beautiful evenings of hospitality.

Our pop-up at 380 Elgin St is coming to an end.

These past few months have been a phenomenal learning experience for our team, and we are so grateful to everyone who joined us in this unique space.

For our final evening on Sunday, July 12, we’d love to celebrate with you. We’ll be pouring the newly released 2023 Lafontaine du Loup Brut from the Grange of Prince Edward by the glass, with Marnie Williamson sharing the stories and passion behind these exceptional Prince Edward County wines.

Whether you have visited us throughout the pop-ups or have been meaning to pop-in, this is the perfect opportunity to join us. We’d love to raise a glass with you one more time before we prepare to return to our usual space!

¡Salud!

Pop-up to the Grange of Prince Edward County this week at Raphaël Peruvian Cuisine.

It is our last 8 days at 380 Elgin St before we temporarily close to move back to our usual space.

Our by the glass pours are exclusively from Grange of Prince Edward Winery and we have a bottle shop at the front of the store offering wines from the Grange of Prince Edward’s portfolio.

Marnie Williamson will be returning on Sunday, 12 July, to introduce the gorgeous 2023 Lafontaine du Loup Brut.

380 Elgin. Limited time. Endless memories.
