I had a Saigon Special for lunch today and enjoyed it down to the last bread crumb on the tray. 😂🥖

It probably sounds so fake saying this as the owner… but I genuinely appreciate every single staff member who worked on each ingredient that went into this bánh mì and made it taste this good. 👌
