Introducing The Street, Food Reclaimed — a limited-time culinary festival at Ek Bar that journeys through the bold, diverse flavours of Indian street culture, reimagined through a refined, modern lens.

From the rich spice and comfort of the North, to the coastal heat of the South, the layered flavours of the East, and the vibrant chaats of the West—each course celebrates a different corner of India through elevated interpretations of iconic street food.

Expect dishes like Wild Mushroom Samosa with Truffle Oil, Madras Chicken on Vada Chilli Toast, Chilli Hoisin Duck with Mathri, Tomato Strawberry Summer Chaat, and a sweet finish inspired by Mango Lassi Kulfi.
