Out with the old, in with the autumn greens! 🥬🍂

We’ve been working hard this week to transition the greenhouse from summer to fall crops. We're prepping beds with mealworm frass and planting radishes, spinach, kale, salad turnips, and more. 🫜

Ready for fresh harvest crops? Shop our online store (link in bio) or visit us at the Saturday market to stock up on fall veggies! 🧺

Taking a moment to look back on the past month and feeling proud of everything we've done at the farm. Grateful for each of the team members who make it all happen, and the Dollys of the world who keep us motivated ✨🌾

Edamame is here!🫛

Fun fact: edamame is just soybeans, picked young and green before they mature.

We love edamame, it's delicious, fun to eat, and just a genuinely good snack packed with protein and fiber.

You can order edamame through our online store or grab some early at the Kanata Farmers Market we're guessing it'll go fast! Info in our bio 🔗
