Our Guanciale imported from Italy is back in stock!🇮🇹

Prized for its rich savory flavour, Guanciale is a cured pork cheek, often used in dishes such as pasta carbonara but also used as a great cooking oil when rendered down in a pan.

These are our holiday hours for this year. As you may know, Christmas Day is on a Thursday. To better accommodate your needs, we will be open on the Sunday and Monday on the week of.

Please refer below for our store hours. We will resume regular hours starting Jan. 2nd, closing Jan. 4th~5th then resuming Jan. 6th~10th as per our usual hours⏰️
