The following are responsibilities of Crew Members:

- Greet customers and take orders.
- Handling of cash
- Following recipes carefully
- Making food items such as wraps and paninis
- Key holder
- Store closer
- Keeping store clean and prepared for customers.
- Take orders and communicate with customers in a friendly manner and with enthusiastic customer service skills
- Be able to work with others in an organized and friendly fashion.
