Like many adults of my generation that are of or descent, songs from the albums were our first pop songs or in our top 10 as children because our parents bought what they liked and we wholeheartedly embraced it.

Memories of our parents house limes (get togethers) with great music, great food and friends like family - Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal. Memories of Jump-Up in Montreal. Dancing with my Sister in the family room - my favourite was “Obeah Wedding”. I was Today Years Old when I realized the lyric is “Melda oh…” not “Neldahoy”…oh well - can’t blame me - I was born here lol.
