This one’s a special one for me! I never officially shared it here, but I’m a co-owner of Café Joyeux, a coffee roastery & café in Rockland. And of course, we make sure there are plenty of vegan options! 🌱

Pastries from Little Jo Berry's and Strawberry Blonde Bakery , plant-based pies from Pie Rogues, in-house goodies (made by me & the team!), vegan croissants, vegan products (like Fauxmagerie Zengarry), grilled cheese sandwich with vegan cheese...and two new items we’re trialling this week: a breakfast sandwich with Just Egg or tofu!

Oh, and no upcharge for plant-based milk (as it should be!)

For us, it’s all about making good food accessible, with really good coffee to go with it 😉

If you're ever in Montréal, put Pizzeria Zac on your list (if it's not already!) A fully vegan pizzeria with house-made dough, fresh ingredients, and vegan cheese that genuinely impressed me.
We got the El Diablo (seitan, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, chili flakes) and I'm still thinking about it. Easily one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! 🍕

If, like me, you didn’t know Juice Dudez also offers vegan options (beyond their juices and smoothies)… now you know 🌱

I tried their vegan, gluten-free waffle and the Beirut bar and both were so delicious.

🥞 The waffle is made with rice flour and topped with a mix of fresh fruits, vegan chocolate sauce, and coconut whipped cream. YUM!

🍫 The Beirut bar is not too sweet and has a smooth tahini and carob molasses filling inside a dark chocolate shell. It's vegan & gluten-free as well!

Definitely worth trying!

Delicious pasta and decadent cupcakes - two great finds in Little Italy!
First time trying Dreamland and it won’t be the last. Such a cute place (the décor 😍) and the food was amazing.

And Thimblecakes is always a classic stop for amazing cupcakes and treats!
