I'm just a good o'l country boy, who learned how to cook on the aprons of his Italian grandmother, with a mom who preached, "you like to eat, so you'd better learn how to cook, cause no one else is going to always be around to fix you supper." From these fine ladies in my life, I found I had the knack for cooking up some mighty fine grub. I grew up working on the ranch and in the welding shop, unt
il finally going to college and getting a degree in Exercise Science. This further fueled my passion for lifting heavy things and putting them down, while being able to splurge on a fabulous T-Bone steak afterwards. After a couple years of observing and witnessing what people suffer from the most in terms of exercising regularly and nutrition, I came to the realization that the hard part about being healthy and active in today's society what they're putting in their faces. I initially created my food prepping service for my clients, whom I still serve regularly out of my own personal studio in order to help get them on the right track with their nutrition, as well as their exercise goals. It was far faster, more convenient and you tended to avoid falling into the common pitfalls we see in today's world of fad diets and year long cleanses. In my mind food and exercise are the only fountains of youth you'll ever find. Their not in the bottom of some bottle or supplemental powder, they're simply in the things you eat and the things you're willing to perform in order to make your body stronger, faster and more resilient.
