For your next event, why not add a little bit of fun and whimsy to your menu?

Our chefs can design a custom menu that will have your guests connecting around good food and talking about it the next day!

Since it's Thursday, here's a throwback to a memorable retro-themed corporate event we catered this summer in collaboration with amanda julia events, who designed the event theme and provided full-service event coordination.

Designed to fit the theme, our chefs served a playful menu that featured summer lunch favourites made with local ingredients from Enright Cattle Co. and Nat's Bread Company
as well as fun and tasty handheld snacks:

▫️Freshly baked soft pretzels with house-made b**r mustard
▫️BBQ sandwiches and hot dogs with all the fixings
▫️UE snack mix: corn nuts, pretzels, wasabi peas, sesame sticks + Chex
▫️UE sweet + salty popcorn: salted maple caramel + BBQ-spiced

Complemented by festive Italian sodas and retro lemonades from The Thirst Responder - Mobile Bar, and chocolate-dipped bars and mini ice cream sandwiches from Moo Shu Ice Cream, this menu celebrated summer and gave guests a memorable culinary experience!
