a tasty neighbor

Hi! We're Wadi Coffee Roasters.
We roast small batches here in Ottawa. The coffee's story starts way before it gets to us though, with farmers in places like Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Brazil and Ethiopia on land that's often been worked by the same families for generations.
Right now we get to them through people we trust, like Semilla, an importer that actually sticks with the same producer communities year after year instead of jumping to whatever farm had the best harvest that season. Eventually we want to go meet these farmers ourselves. That's the goal.

We don't have a café yet, just an online shop at wadi.coffee for now. But the whole idea from day one has been simple: the people come first. The coffee follows.
