We get it, a side or quarter of beef sounds expensive. And it sounds like a lot of freezer space.

What one tends to forget is all the beef in that freezer, which only needs 5-8 cubic feet, is from 1 steer. The roasts, steaks, ground beef are all from the same animal, raised and fed the same way.

You are filling the freezer with quality, and well raised meat. Beef is an excellent complete protein source, jammed pack with essential vitamins and bioavailable minerals so you are fuelling you and your family with high octane energy.

The other upside is you do not have to deal with grocery store price changes. So on the cold days of winter, you can make an amazing slow cooked roast without having to go to the store and hope they have the 3lb sirloin roast you want, decently priced. The beef is cut up how YOU want and is in your home, personal grocery.

Get all your fixings too like corn, potatoes, making it spicy with hot peppers. Even pickup one of our Ontario fruit pies.
