🥩 A great roast starts with a good sear!

Before putting your roast in the oven, take a few minutes to brown it on all sides in a hot pan.

That beautiful golden-brown crust adds a ton of flavour and makes a big difference in the finished roast.

A little oil, a hot pan, and a few minutes on each side. Then it's into the oven to finish cooking.
