Running a butcher shop is rewarding, but it’s also hard work.
Early mornings, long days, constant challenges, and a lot of pressure behind the scenes. Most people see the finished product in the counter, but not always the years of work and sacrifice behind it.
What keeps me going is gratitude.
Gratitude for every customer who supports a small independent business. Gratitude for the conversations, the community, and the opportunity to keep doing what I love after all these years.
Being a butcher is honest work. You earn your reputation one customer at a time.
