So this late in the season, pure honey may show signs of crystalization, or may already be part way there. Some like it this way as it can make it easier to spread, but I like it liquid.
I use 2 methods depending on how much I have to do.
1 - If I have 6 or more jars, then I put them into the oven on the warm setting. For most ovens, this is between 100 and 110 F, which is enough to melt the crystals but not pasteurize the honey. If your oven does not go that low, then see below.
2 - For a single jar or your oven doesn't have a really low setting, then it's a pot of water on the stove on low heat. Gently warming the honey until it's liquid again. DO NOT BOIL!
