Tofu is something we love in our culture, and we’ve been excited to explore these textures and flavours and bring you something new at Xing Fu Tang Ottawa.

Some of you may have already spotted our tofu pudding trial at the Kanata Night Market 👀

The feedback was SO encouraging, and we LOVED hearing your ideas, suggestions and excitement.

Ottawa, NEW CROFFLES are just about here. 🤭🧇

After some testing (and maybe a couple of taste tests 😉), we’re finally ready to share our NEW croffles with you.

Made with a buttery croissant that’s pressed into a waffle, CROFFLES are crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside, and the perfect base for DELICIOUS toppings.
