Well the Dunrobin Earl Grey Gin brings colour to your world and bergamot and juniper flavours to your palate 🌞adding tonic water transforms the colour to a translucent pink 😃adding sweet strawberries to the glass contrasts with the bitterness of the tonic and appeases any pepper on the finish 😇mmmh so good 🌸❣

supported my friend Joe of Coconut Lagoon who hosted Chef Vikram Vij of Vancouver Restaurant was booked out two weeks ago :) the wine pairing a for the lovely Karala spicy food were a lot of fun - Two Huff Estates wines -Rose Sparkling Cuvee Janine 2015 and the Pinot Noir 2016 as well I made sure Jabulani Vineyards Jerepigo 2010 was paired with the Dessert -lots offun -till the next one:)
