The Ottawa Branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation is a professional organization representing Chefs, Cooks and Hospitality suppliers in the Ottawa area since 1963. Our major focus is in the professional development of the culinary community providing the opportunity for chefs to develop skills locally, nationally and internationally. Through sponsorship of culinary events and competitions the

association strives to continually develop the culinary talents of its members and Junior members. Although the Ottawa branch represents professional cooks nationally and internationally through its association with CCFCC and WACS, we have a uniquely active and growing membership. Through our established roster of local events and programs, we believe we are setting culinary trends and have our thumbs on the pulse of the area’s food scene.
