North of 7 Distillery We are a craft distillery dedicated to making amazing and delicious spirits such as vodka, gin, whisky, and rum.

North of 7 Distillery is a craft distillery owned and operated by Greg Lipin and Jody MIall. They are also the owners/operators of Coyote Rock Gym who, after many years of being in the rock climbing business, decided to branch out and pursue another one of their passions.
